Packaging Capabilities

We have the ability to package with high levels of automation, into aerosols, pens, bottles, pints, quarts, gallons, pails, drums and totes.

Aerosols

We have (5) aerosol filling lines capable of producing everything from 3 oz. to 24 oz. sizes. Each line serves a specific function in our business.

• Lines 1 and 2 each process (50) custom color match orders every day
• Line 3 handles our mid-sized runs
• Line 4 is high speed and capable of 100 cans per minute
• Line 5 is our fastest line and capable of 250 cans per minute

Labeling Capabilities: Lithograph, Paper and Mylar

Printing Capabilities: Able to print customer requirements on labels, in-house

Sticker Capabilities: We are able to apply barcode stickers utilizing in-line orientation.

Caps, Tips (actuators) and Valves: Hundreds of combinations available

Pens (0.3 oz)

We have two paint pen filling machines with one line capable of producing 35 pens per minute with our chemistry or your own.  Our low speed line is engineered to efficiently handle small runs for our custom color match customers.   Our high speed line is designed for high speed output and is capable of running 20,000 units per shift.

Bottles (0.5 oz to 4 oz)

Our bottle filling line can packages paints, solvents and chemicals in bottles in varying sizes with or without brushes affixed to the lids.  There are a multitude of different label types available for your specific needs.

Bulk Packaging (1/2 Pints to 335 Gallon Totes)

We can package coatings into everything from a 1/2 pint sized container on up to a 335-gallon tote.  Here is a detailed list of our bulk paint containers:
