“Diverse” and “flexible” may be the two words that best describe our large batch blending capabilities. We are capable of blending 55-gallon to 2,500-gallon batches at any given time in our large batch department. We have (6) 2,500-gallon tanks on load cells with all liquid raw materials plumbed in and all filling lines plumbed out. Installed in the year 2000, our large batch department is modern, automated and world class.

In addition to our large batch capability, a separate small batch department provides improved turnaround, better yields and higher factory throughput.

Additionally, we are not limited to technology families and is capable of blending water and solvent borne coatings. We have vast experience with a broad spectrum of technologies utilizing many end applications.
